Phase align

This tool was a request from my sound engineer brother that asked me to make a small software that could sync audio tracks automatically like Auto-Align Post does, as audio desynchronisation was an issue when audio editing film productions. The tool and algorithm used in phase align was then considered for addition in other open-source project such as: vbasky/cathar and benfmiller/audalign.
